Salary: EUR 38,000 - 42,000 / annual
Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency combining tech expertise, creative talent, and media/data specialists to drive digital transformation for clients. You will report to the Senior Paid Social Manager and manage end-to-end paid social campaigns for major clients including a large fashion retailer and a tourism/hospitality group across France and key European territories.
In this hybrid role based in Paris, you will own multimarket, full-funnel campaign activation across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest. You will drive strategy testing, manage high-impact budgets, monitor pacing and performance, and make real-time optimization decisions. You'll lead client presentations and calls in French and English, translating campaign data into clear performance reports and strategic recommendations for international stakeholders. Close collaboration with Client Management, Creative, Data, and Media teams ensures smooth execution.
The role emphasizes autonomy, client relationship-building, and adaptability in a fast-paced agency environment. You'll work with emerging AI-driven tools to enhance campaign performance and have flexibility to shape your work environment (up to 60% remote, flexible hours 8am–6:30pm).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in French and professional-level English (required for client-facing work)
- Approximately 3 years of experience managing multimarket paid social campaigns
- Hands-on experience with at least one major paid social platform (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or Pinterest), plus good understanding of others
- Solid understanding of paid social KPIs, full-funnel strategies, and key performance drivers
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for budget tracking and performance analysis
- Ability to create structured, clear, visually polished presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Strong client relationship skills and ability to adapt strategies to unforeseen circumstances
