SmithRx is a venture-backed healthtech company disrupting the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector with a next-generation drug acquisition platform. The company has onboarded hundreds of thousands of members since 2016 and is focused on transforming the U.S. healthcare system through innovative technology and cost-saving solutions.
You will join as a founding member of the growth team, designing foundational go-to-market (GTM) playbooks for the enterprise sales motion. This is a strategic role requiring independent judgment to evaluate and implement advanced AI-powered growth strategies—not a volume-based outbound execution position.

**Cross-Functional & External Consulting:** Act as a primary stakeholder in strategy sessions, traveling to collaborate with sales and growth marketing teams and attending events to engage prospects in person.
**Market Analysis & Campaign Logic:** Analyze qualitative market data to identify new opportunities within the PBM space and design strategic campaigns to capture market share.
**First 12 Months Success Metrics:**
- Successfully launch and refine foundational AI growth programs
- Test and deliver fully realized, documented AI lead outbound strategy playbooks
- Establish engagement frameworks for top-tier consultant and broker relationships
- Present data-driven and qualitative recommendations to leadership on growth channel optimization
SmithRx values integrity, courage, and collaborative teamwork. The company offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), flexible PTO, paid parental leave, wellness programs, and professional development opportunities.
**Requirements:**
- 3–4 years of experience in Sales or growth marketing
- Enterprise healthcare or employer benefits experience (PBM, health plan, digital health) is a plus
- Proven ability to exercise independent judgment in evaluating and leveraging complex Sales, CRM, and AI automation tools
- Builder's mindset with systems-level thinking and ownership mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting strategy to HR/Benefits leaders, CFOs, and external consultants
