As Organic Growth Associate, you'll own Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok—the communities where car owners actually congregate and seek advice. Your mission is to represent Jerry authentically and build trust with current and future users by participating genuinely in these spaces rather than broadcasting corporate messaging.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and growing Jerry's organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok
- Developing a playbook for how to show up authentically in each community: when to post, reply, or stay silent
- Growing Jerry's subreddits into active, trusted communities
- Creating a content and engagement strategy that scales without losing authenticity, leveraging AI where appropriate
- Collaborating with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across channels
- Measuring impact through sentiment analysis, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations
You're someone who writes with a tone that earns upvotes and moves naturally across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora. You have 1+ years in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing regulated categories. You're a strategic operator who builds systems, not just vibes—you understand SEO and how LLMs cite sources. You excel at making "boring" or "stressful" categories feel human, authentic, and worth following. You're a patient, long-game player who values organic trust over quick PR wins.
