The Order Management Operations Coordinator role provides support to merchants, sales, logistics, and internal stakeholders on order-related requests and processes. Key responsibilities include handling merchant orders, terminal subscriptions, cancellations, withdrawals, stock requests, and returns. The coordinator manages order-related exceptions, maintains accurate records in CRM Dynamics and ERP systems, and coordinates with 3PL providers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of order management processes.
Day-to-day activities involve providing timely customer care regarding merchant orders and related processes, documenting interactions in Dynamics CRM, handling inquiries about terminal subscriptions and order status, processing cancellations and withdrawal requests, coordinating with external logistics partners, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining case documentation in accordance with service levels and standard operating procedures.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Logistics, or related field with at least 3 years of experience in customer care, order management, or operational coordination. Back-office operations, sales support, or logistics coordination experience is advantageous. Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM systems (particularly Dynamics CRM), and Microsoft Excel is expected. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential. The role values comfort with digital collaboration platforms and openness to adopting AI tools.
