As Order Management Manager at Stampli, you will lead the Order Management function and oversee the entire Order-to-Cash lifecycle. Your responsibilities include managing the Closed Won process, entitlements management, customer portal setup, manual adjustments, and data management across multiple tools and systems. You will ensure that only fully executed and completed transactions are recorded as Closed Won, with accurate and complete information flowing across all relevant systems to maintain customer entitlements.
You will be the first full-time dedicated headcount in this role, taking over work currently distributed across various team members. This is an opportunity to transform the current state process into something more industry-standard and purpose-built. You will drive significant process improvements and return capacity to teams who were previously handling pieces of this work.
Key partnerships will include close collaboration with Deal Desk (ensuring mutual training in tools, processes, and ways of working for resiliency), RevOps, Finance, AI Operations, and Business Applications. Together, you will systematize a well-run process, build automation and efficiency where possible, and maintain a consistent, well-managed queue to organize work.
The role emphasizes decreasing manual work through automation, solving problems upstream where possible, and scaling output over time. You will bring a higher SLA, level of focus, precision, and experience to the work being performed today, enabling rapid returns through both process improvements and team capacity gains.
