Tessera Labs is seeking a Principal Pre-Sales & Delivery Architect to lead enterprise transformation engagements for its AI-native platform. The role is approximately 70% delivery and customer engagement work across concurrent Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and other enterprise system implementations, with 30% pre-sales, go-to-market strategy, and product input.
Tessera's multi-agent platform automates governed execution across ERP, CRM, HCM, and finance systems, dramatically reducing implementation timelines from years to weeks and cutting costs by more than half. The platform leverages deep expertise in Oracle and other systems of record to deliver the scope traditionally handled by system integrators, but with AI-native speed and efficiency.
In this role, you will work directly with enterprise customers and distributed delivery teams during US business hours, architecting solutions that unify fragmented business systems and enable teams to work in plain English. You'll contribute to product strategy, help shape go-to-market approaches, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to C-suite stakeholders navigating complex digital transformations.
This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the VP of Center of Excellence, with immediate start availability. Travel to customer and partner sites is required as needed.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise systems, pre-sales architecture, or delivery leadership
- Deep expertise with Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or similar enterprise platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences
- Comfort with travel to customer sites as needed
