Tessera Labs, an AI-native enterprise transformation platform, is seeking an Oracle Fusion PPM – Project Accounting Subject Matter Expert to join its Center of Excellence. You will work alongside Tessera AI Agents on a multi-wave legacy-to-Oracle Fusion PPM migration and implementation for a retail store development program, expected to run 12–18 months. This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the VP of Center of Excellence.
You will be the primary Oracle project accounting expert, working US business hours alongside the customer's Corporate Accounting, Construction, Real Estate, and Procurement teams, as well as the Oracle Fusion Financials consultant and Tessera's distributed delivery team. The role is hybrid remote with regular on-site work at customer offices and store construction sites, with travel up to 30%. After the initial program concludes, you will transition to the next Oracle engagement within Tessera.
Tessera is built on deep expertise across Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and other enterprise systems. The platform delivers governed execution across ERP, CRM, HCM, and finance systems, cutting implementation timelines from years to weeks and reducing costs by more than half. The company addresses the scope traditionally handled by system integrators with the speed and efficiency of an AI-native platform, helping enterprises unify fragmented business systems and enable teams to work in plain English.

Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle project accounting
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM
- Full-time, permanent employment commitment
- Ability to work US business hours and travel up to 30%
