Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, reaching 300+ million people monthly across 55+ countries. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to live experiences.
You'll join the User Operations team within the broader User Support organization, sitting at the strategic and enablement layer. The team is organized around three areas: AI integration, Systems, and Data. Within Data, the focus is on continuous improvement—translating data into concrete initiatives that drive operational excellence.
This role is a hybrid of Project Manager and Analytics professional. You'll own projects end-to-end, ranging from building actionable metrics for user support teams, providing event partners visibility into performance, to supporting app development that shapes user experience. The work splits roughly 70% analytics and 30% project management.
On the analytics side (70%), you'll build and maintain dashboards in tools like Metabase or Looker, develop scripting and automation solutions, and translate data into business insights that inform management decisions. You'll need 2–4 years of experience in data/analytics roles (analyst, data PM, BI, ops analytics), with a relevant Master's or further training as a plus.
On the project management side (30%), you'll demonstrate end-to-end project execution, organize and prioritize your own workload, proactively improve inefficient processes rather than maintain status quo, and communicate effectively with both technical teams (central Data) and non-technical stakeholders (support ops). The role is expected to evolve into managing a team member over time, though prior people-management experience is not required.
You must be fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication. You'll be based in Madrid or willing to relocate there.
