Nivoda is transforming the $350 billion global jewelry industry by building a marketplace that connects diamond and gemstone suppliers directly with retailers. The company processes over $300M in annual transactions and operates teams across London, New York, Hong Kong, Mumbai, and beyond.
You will lead fulfilment performance at the UK hub in Hatton Garden, London, owning end-to-end operational KPIs across intake, quality control, shipping, and returns. This is a hands-on, full-accountability role where you'll set clear expectations, enforce standards, and drive accountability while building strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and carriers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking full ownership of UK hub logistics and fulfilment performance, ensuring adherence to service-level commitments
- Driving daily execution across the team while maintaining focus on scalability and process robustness
- Reviewing weekly operational metrics by function and implementing improvements
- Leading the rollout and optimization of new and existing fulfilment streams
- Managing, coaching, and developing a team of 3 across intake, QC, shipping, and returns
- Running regular team check-ins and structured performance conversations with clear expectations and direct feedback
- Acting as the primary interface between UK fulfilment, customer support, supplier teams, and global stakeholders
- Partnering with other Nivoda hubs for cross-hub alignment
The role bridges execution with team development and calls for strong operational judgment, structured thinking, and comfort in a fast-evolving, high-growth environment. You'll work Monday through Friday, 100% on-site.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6–8 years in operations, fulfillment, logistics-based office management, or within the diamond, gemstone, or luxury goods industry
- Extensive experience directly managing people or leading teams
- Demonstrated ability to execute and enforce daily operational workflows
- Clear, effective communication skills and highly organised approach
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-growing company where processes change continuously
NICE TO HAVE:
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets
- GIA or Gem A qualification
- Prior exposure to or experience in diamond or gemstone quality control
