Salary: USD 90,000 - 105,000 / annual
Veho is a Series B logistics and ecommerce fulfillment company building modern, vertically integrated supply chain infrastructure for brands like HelloFresh, Zara, Macy's, and Sephora. As Operations Manager for Ground Operations at the Yonkers facility, you will serve as site leader responsible for the overall success of the warehouse operation.
You will oversee facility sort and driver launch operations, managing a team of supervisors and associates to achieve key performance indicators and organizational objectives. Core responsibilities include building and coaching a high-performing team, managing the operation's P&L, driving logistics oversight, and championing continuous process improvement. You will ensure warehouse safety and OSHA compliance, track incidents, and maintain strategic relationships across the market, region, and central operations teams.
Key focus areas include identifying and executing operational efficiencies, implementing process improvements through data analysis, managing increased complexity (hub-to-spoke models, master sort facilities, high-volume operations), and leading automated sortation implementation initiatives. You will partner closely with the Client Operations team to exceed customer expectations and generate programs that deliver high-quality service, on-time delivery, and safety.
You bring a bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of warehouse operations management experience, with a minimum of 2 years leading and managing direct and indirect reports. You have 3+ years in warehousing, inventory, or logistics. You are flexible, innovative, and thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. You communicate effectively across all organizational levels, possess intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills, and are physically capable of standing for extended periods, moving boxes, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You are willing to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
