In this role, you will work on high-impact strategic initiatives across the business, solving complex problems at scale and designing systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth. You'll be part of the Operations team, which tackles the company's toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing key banking products, features, operations, licenses, and growth opportunities
- Collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, Finance, and global stakeholders to analyze and define local banking strategy
- Creating business cases based on requirement definitions and driving execution plans
- Managing project prioritization and supporting license applications
- Defining playbooks and process execution to achieve hyper-growth
- Managing and developing relationships with critical vendors and strategic partnerships
You will work cross-functionally across the organization, using data-driven insights to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of banking experience
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Experience drafting internal regulations/circulars related to deposit or currency exchange operations
- Familiarity with local banking systems and transaction management
- Ability to break down complex problems into smaller components
- Comfort working with data
- Inherent curiosity and interest in making significant impact
- Fluency in English
NICE TO HAVE:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel)
- Experience engaging in corporate strategy and planning involving overseas offices
