Farfetch is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the organization.
In this role, you will analyze operational performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. You'll gather and structure complex data to generate actionable insights that support business decisions. Working closely with stakeholders across Operations and other functions, you'll translate business requirements into clear analysis, recommendations, and solutions.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPIs to communicate insights to relevant stakeholders. You'll identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer and partner experience. You'll support cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation and impact measurement, building business cases and conducting impact analysis to support prioritization.
You'll develop tools and solutions—using Excel, Google Sheets, BI dashboards, or machine learning services—that enable teams to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions. As a trusted partner to stakeholders, you'll challenge assumptions and bring a data-driven perspective to business decisions, working with internal teams and external partners to address business needs and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics, or another relevant field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Strong proficiency in Excel (Google Sheets a plus) and SQL (BigQuery a plus)
- Experience with reporting and BI tools (Looker a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and structured, data-driven approach
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to work with different teams and levels of seniority
- Comfortable in fast-paced, international, constantly changing environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive with strong ownership mindset
- Fluent in English
