As an Operations Associate I, you'll be a core member of the Operations team that keeps Possible running reliably behind the scenes. Your primary responsibilities include managing the daily flow of mail, disputes, and chargebacks to ensure compliance and excellent customer service. You'll build fluency across multiple critical workflows: in-person mail handling, dispute resolution, physical payment processing, credit disputes, and money order processing.
You'll own work end-to-end—from identifying issues to seeing them fully resolved. This role demands high standards of accuracy and consistency because in a regulated fintech environment, details are paramount. You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing mentorship to develop these skills, with clear pathways for growth into Operations II or specialist tracks.
No specific technical background or tools expertise is required on day one; the company will train you on all systems. You'll represent the customer's voice internally and collaborate across Legal, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to solve problems. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, capable of solving problems creatively, and committed to consistently meeting service-level targets.
The role is hybrid, based in downtown Seattle with three days per week in the office. Compensation includes an annual salary of $58,080–$66,000, significant stock options, full benefits, a bonus plan, commuting benefits, and office perks including free food and drinks.
