Scale is seeking a Data & Infrastructure Associate to support analytics, reporting, KPI tracking, and data infrastructure initiatives across multiple operational teams including Pay Operations, Contractor Growth, Customer Relations & Training, and Robotics. This role combines hands-on data analysis with the development and maintenance of reporting tools, dashboards, and structured datasets that enable operational visibility and informed decision-making. Key responsibilities include: Pay Analytics Support: Provide reliable data support to the Pay team, maintain and improve pay-related datasets for accuracy and consistency, build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for contractor pay tracking, and assist in identifying discrepancies and supporting audit processes. CR & Training Data Support: Support the definition and tracking of core KPIs for customer relations and training contractor teams, build and maintain recurring performance reports, ensure KPI definitions are documented and consistently applied, and assist teams with ad-hoc data requests and analysis. Growth Analytics Support: Maintain and optimize queries used for candidate sourcing and prioritization, support analysis to improve candidate throughput and quality, assist in tracking performance metrics related to growth initiatives, and contribute to experimentation analysis and reporting. Robotics & Workforce KPI Tracking: Support the implementation and tracking of operational KPIs, maintain reporting structures to monitor workforce performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent measurement practices. The position works closely with Contractor Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. Scale develops reliable AI systems for critical applications, providing high-quality data and full-stack technologies that power leading AI models. The company partners with industry leaders including Meta, Ernst & Young, Mayo Clinic, and U.S. government agencies.
