CertifyOS is building data infrastructure for modern healthcare, automating provider licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring through an API-first platform that connects to hundreds of primary data sources.
As an Operations Analyst, you will support the day-to-day execution of provider credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment workflows. Working closely with your team lead, you'll manage research, application processing, and validation tasks that ensure healthcare organizations maintain accurate, compliant provider networks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and interpreting provider licensure and continuing medical education requirements across US jurisdictions
- Completing credential, licensure, and payor enrollment applications on behalf of customers
- Validating and authenticating information on the credentialing platform with meticulous accuracy
- Communicating with providers and clients via email to gather additional information as needed
- Supporting monitoring and new client implementation projects
- Documenting research findings and drafting clear guideline documents for customers
- Contributing to ad hoc operational projects
You'll need fluency in English, hands-on credentialing experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, strong research skills (particularly using Google and public databases), exceptional attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications, and excellent written and verbal communication. The ability to manage high research volumes, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure is essential.
