As an Operations Analyst in Strategy & Analytics, you'll be embedded within the Analytics & AI Enablement team, serving as the analytical backbone for the Customer Operations organization. You'll work across Customer Support, Fraud, Payments, and Workforce Management teams, translating complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for operations leaders.
Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining analytical foundations and dashboards that ops leaders depend on; translating data insights into clear, persuasive narratives with specific recommendations; presenting findings directly to senior stakeholders with confidence; developing genuine cross-functional relationships with Payments, Fraud, Product, WFM, and CX teams; writing, QA-ing, and optimizing complex SQL queries independently; proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues; automating manual reporting processes; supporting the Ops AI roadmap by pulling data, building business cases, and validating data foundations; tracking AI agent performance post-deployment; and building alerting systems on critical ops metrics.
This role requires 2–4 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Strategic Operations, or related analytical work. You'll need strong hands-on SQL skills, excellent communication and storytelling abilities, a natural problem-solving orientation with bias toward action, empathy and cross-functional collaboration skills, genuine curiosity about sports betting and iGaming, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate thinks like an operator who happens to excel with data, not just a number reporter.
