Cape is America's privacy-first mobile carrier founded in 2022, building secure cellular infrastructure from the ground up. The company recently closed Series C funding in March 2026 and is scaling rapidly to serve consumers, businesses, and government agencies. You will join the Product Operations team as a Government Operations Analyst, supporting fulfillment and customer service for Cape's federal and national security customers. This is a high-impact individual contributor role in a fast-paced environment where you will own end-to-end operational outcomes for government deployments. Key responsibilities include: - Assume end-to-end accountability for operational outcomes within the Government/National Security stream, ensuring every goal directly supports end-user mission success in the field. - Serve as the definitive technical subject matter expert (SME) for post-deployment issues, resolving high-complexity technical hurdles through advanced troubleshooting and coordination with internal engineering or external mission partners. - Lead the operational rollout of hardware and specialized services across the portfolio, ensuring seamless delivery, integration, and operator onboarding for deployments where failure is not an option. - Execute rigorous, end-to-end QA for weekly releases to validate compatibility across device, OS, and secure network layers, acting as the gatekeeper to identify and block high-risk deployments. - Codify complex technical processes into comprehensive internal and external field manuals and playbooks to build the foundational knowledge base for scaling support. - Maintain a "Ready-to-Field" posture with flexibility to lead high-impact projects or pivot resources during surge requirements or critical mission windows. - Lead high-stakes technical dialogues with clarity and authority, translating complex system failures into actionable "go/no-go" information for commanders and stakeholders. Cape operates with a flat structure emphasizing high trust, high expectations, and collaboration across organizational lines. You will work alongside world-class engineers, architects, and visionaries to solve mission-critical problems. REQUIREMENTS: - 4–5+ years of experience in technical operations, mission support, or "get it done" roles within military, law enforcement, or national security environments. - Must hold an active Secret clearance (minimum) with the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience; the company highly values discipline and problem-solving skills developed in specialized service-oriented or high-pressure technical environments. - Exceptional capacity to navigate high-volume workflows and competing priorities; thrive in environments where precision and multitasking are non-negotiable. - Proven track record or distinct aptitude for managing personnel and building world-class support teams. BONUS QUALIFICATIONS: - Prior experience managing CONUS or OCONUS/Deployed supply chain operations and understanding the unique friction of moving mission-critical gear into theater. - Hands-on experience with mobile application testing (iOS/Android), regression testing, and structured bug reporting. - Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) communications, cellular architecture (LTE/5G), or complex signal flows. - Prior experience navigating government agency procurement, security, and operational requirements. - Experience in zero-downtime environments where system failure means mission failure.
