Cabify is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement for its B2B Solutions division in Peru. The role is central to designing and implementing mobility solutions for corporate clients, working cross-functionally with product, legal, and operations teams to optimize processes through data analysis, automation, and AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions by analyzing complex operational needs of high-value corporate clients and converting them into personalized, efficient, and scalable mobility solutions.
- Manage projects holistically: plan and coordinate solution implementation, coordinate across B2B, Product, Global Centers of Practice, and Legal teams to ensure proper execution, monitoring, and evolution.
- Strengthen governance and process controls: oversee operations of Transportation Network, Support, and Offline teams, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with defined operational standards.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs: track key operational indicators, analyze deviations, and propose actions to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.
- Optimize and automate workflows: identify repetitive or inefficient tasks and apply continuous improvement methodologies, automation tools, and AI to streamline them.
- Resolve complex operational incidents: anticipate risks and manage problems in dynamic environments, ensuring operational continuity, value proposition delivery, and customer retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with focus on operations and process improvement.
- 3–5 years of experience in process management, project management, or operations. Experience in logistics, supply chain, PMO, or core operations is especially valued.
- Experience designing, analyzing, or evaluating operational cost structures.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret information, monitor indicators, and convert findings into action plans.
- Interest or experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n) and using AI to analyze information and reduce manual tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, proactivity, and ability to coordinate across different teams and profiles.
