Cabify is a mobility platform working to make cities better places to live by connecting passengers and drivers efficiently and sustainably. The Operations team ensures the service functions smoothly and with high quality across all cities, managing driver supply, user demand, and overall service experience.
In this role, you will lead strategic projects and drive operational excellence in Chile. You will manage the complete lifecycle of strategic initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user experience goals. You will proactively identify and analyze opportunities for improvement in operations, using data to propose innovative solutions with tangible impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end strategic projects, from conception to execution, aligned with business goals and user experience
- Identifying and analyzing operational improvement opportunities using data-driven approaches
- Acting as a bridge between business functions (Product, Marketing, Growth, etc.) to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Developing and monitoring critical KPIs, extracting insights to optimize service performance and stakeholder satisfaction
- Contributing to continuous process improvement through data-driven and technology-enabled solutions, including AI applications
Requirements:
- University degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields
- Solid experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in operations or mobility environments
- Proactive, critical mindset oriented toward solving complex problems with strong interest in AI applications
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python, with ability to extract insights and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
