Salary: USD 170,871 - 314,449 / annual
BillionToOne is a publicly traded genomics company transforming healthcare through precision diagnostics in prenatal and cancer care. We are seeking a field-based Oncology Account Executive based in Asheville, NC to drive sales of our Northstar liquid biopsy products to oncologists and cancer care providers in your territory.
You will be responsible for increasing revenue and market development through direct sales to individual oncologists, creating and implementing strategic business plans to grow revenue in your geography, and cultivating relationships with oncologists and extended cancer care community members. Your role involves effective prospecting, new business development, and maintaining key relationships with medical providers.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and a demonstrated track record of sales success (Presidents Club, Chairman's Club, Rookie of the Year, or consistent quota attainment). You should have experience selling to medical providers and expertise with medical diagnostics, devices, or surgical products. You must live within your defined territory and be willing to travel extensively within it.
Key competencies include excellent organizational and communication skills, strong time management, strategic thinking combined with tactical execution, consultative selling ability, and the drive to work independently in a startup environment. We also welcome applications from PAs, NPs, or RNs with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.
