BillionToOne is a publicly traded genomics company transforming healthcare through precision diagnostics in prenatal and cancer care. We seek an Oncology Account Executive based in South Atlanta to drive sales of our Northstar liquid biopsy products to oncologists and cancer care providers across a defined territory.
You will own a geographic territory and be responsible for increasing revenue and market development through direct sales to individual oncologists. Your core responsibilities include creating and implementing a strategic business plan to grow revenue in your geography, prospecting and cultivating new business relationships, and maintaining key accounts within the extended cancer care community.
The role is field-based and reports to a Regional Manager - Oncology. You will work independently with an internal drive to succeed, traveling within your defined territory to meet with medical professionals. Success requires consultative selling, logistics coordination, and problem-solving to assess the needs of healthcare providers and their staff.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a demonstrated successful sales track record (Presidents Club, Chairman's Club, Rookie of the Year, or consistent quota attainment), and experience selling to medical providers and medical diagnostics or devices. You must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to accounts. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Alternatively, we consider candidates with clinical backgrounds such as Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.
Compensation includes base salary, uncapped commissions, and generous equity. Total compensation ranges from $241,946–$311,536 annually, with base salary of $168,346–$184,186 depending on experience. Benefits include 100% employee medical premiums on select plans, 16 weeks paid family bonding leave, fertility benefits, 4% 401(k) match, and increasing PTO with tenure.
