Salary: USD 168,346 - 311,536 / annual

BillionToOne is a publicly traded genomics company transforming healthcare through precision diagnostics in prenatal and cancer care. We seek a field-based Oncology Account Executive for the Oregon territory to drive sales of our Northstar liquid biopsy products to oncologists and cancer care providers. You will own a defined geographic territory and be responsible for increasing revenue through direct sales to individual oncologists and cancer care centers. Your role involves creating and executing a strategic business plan to grow revenue in your geography, prospecting for new business opportunities, and maintaining key relationships with medical professionals and staff members. Key responsibilities include: - Driving sales volume and revenue growth for Northstar liquid biopsy products and services - Developing and implementing territory-specific business strategies - Prospecting, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities - Building and maintaining relationships with oncologists and extended cancer care community members - Conducting consultative sales, coordinating logistics, and solving problems for medical professionals - Managing time effectively to assess and prioritize opportunities - Traveling within your defined territory to support accounts You will report to a Regional Manager - Oncology and work in a startup environment with significant independence and accountability for results. Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Demonstrated successful sales track record (Presidents Club, Chairman's Club, Rookie of the Year, or consistent at/above quota performance) - Experience selling to medical providers - Experience selling medical diagnostics, devices, or related products - Residence within the defined Oregon territory - Willingness to travel within territory - Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills - Strong time management and ability to prioritize opportunities - Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strategic and tactical execution ability - Consultative sales approach with focus on problem-solving Alternative backgrounds considered: - Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests
