Fudo is a Latin American SaaS startup providing restaurant management software and mobile applications. The company serves thousands of restaurants across Latin America, with market leadership in Chile and Argentina, and rapid growth in Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil. The Customer Success team is responsible for guiding clients through their entire journey with Fudo's software, from initial onboarding and system training through upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize platform adoption.
The Onboarding Executive role is part of the Mexico-based Customer Success team. You will be responsible for accompanying and monitoring the onboarding of new Fudo customers during their critical first 30 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany clients during their first 30 days on the system and ensure successful activation within this window
- Verify that the software meets client needs and configure it accordingly
- Monitor account activity including sales volume, printer installations, product uploads, and module contracts
- Maintain daily communication with clients across multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, support tickets, email)
- Conduct remote system demonstrations
- Understand client business needs to identify how Fudo can deliver value
- Identify and mitigate early churn risk
The role is based in Mexico City with hybrid flexibility (remote or semi-in-office options available).
Requirements:
- Degree or advanced student status in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Hospitality/Tourism backgrounds also considered)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial or technical support roles, ideally in online sales channels and technology sector
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Interest in gastronomy is a plus
