Salary: USD 112,000 - 224,000 / annual
Nutanix Education is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to deliver virtualization and cloud infrastructure training to enterprise customers. You will join a global remote team of instructors focused on helping customers build knowledge and skills to implement Nutanix's virtualization and cloud technologies.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality technical training in both virtual and on-site environments, collaborate with course development teams to enhance training materials, and provide feedback on course effectiveness. You'll maintain current knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud services, travel to customer locations for in-person training (approximately 20% travel), and adjust training approaches based on customer feedback and industry trends. You'll report to the Global Training Delivery Lead and work in a supportive environment that emphasizes empowerment, independence, and professional growth.
The position is primarily remote with no regular in-office requirement, though occasional office visits may be necessary for collaboration. You'll need flexibility to deliver classes and travel outside standard business hours to support customers across different time zones.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of experience delivering enterprise virtualization training to technical audiences
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS)
- Proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and adapt delivery to different experience levels and learning styles
- Experience delivering instructor-led training in both virtual and on-site environments
- Self-motivated and independent approach with flexibility to travel and work outside standard business hours
- Commitment to continuous learning and ability to review, test, and improve training materials
- Knowledge of Nutanix products and familiarity with networking technologies (e.g., Cisco) considered advantageous
