As an NPI (New Product Introduction) Project Manager on the Hardware team based in Taipei, you will be central to ensuring build readiness and successful development and manufacturing of cutting-edge new hardware programs during NPI phases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with hardware EPMs, engineers, and JDM (Joint Design Manufacturer) partners to manage "clear to build" (CTB) readiness for each NPI build, including analysis and reporting
- Support successful transition from NPI to MP (Mass Production) phases with the supply chain team
- Manage relationships with JDM vendors and sub-tier vendors
- Audit sustaining production quality after PVT/MP1, and whenever a JDM transfers a line to a new factory
- Lead test strategy and hands-on troubleshooting with JDM engineers during EVT/DVT validation phases
This is a full-time, in-person role requiring someone who excels at communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Background in engineering
- Experience in project management for the development of new hardware products
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English
- Must be independently authorized to work in Taiwan (visa sponsorship not available)
