Salary: USD 122,000 - 166,000 / annual

Arista Networks is seeking a Product Operations Manager to own the complete lifecycle of product families from program commitment through manufacturing readiness, value engineering, and portfolio management. This is a hands-on leadership role managing cross-functional teams spanning product development, manufacturing, product management, supply chain, logistics, and external partners including ODMs and contract manufacturers. Key responsibilities include: - Accountable for overall product lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives around revenue, reliability, manufacturability, testability, sustainability, and supportability - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products to market on schedule and within cost targets - Coordinate with technology and manufacturing partners on prototype delivery and material readiness - Drive manufacturability, testability, reliability, sustainability, and supportability initiatives - Ensure new product release objectives are met across performance, cost, quality, and lead time - Validate product readiness at all checkpoints and identify/mitigate program risks - Partner with NPI engineers on capacity planning and capex deployment - Conduct post-project assessments after each release to drive continuous improvement - Monitor quality metrics including production yields and RMAs - Track cost performance and manage products through post-production, continuous improvement, portfolio rationalization, value engineering, and end-of-life phases - Define and implement product improvement initiatives in partnership with engineering You will work with an experienced internal cross-disciplinary team and foster strong relationships with external technology and supply chain partners. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (required) - 3+ years of direct engineering experience in fabrication and manufacturing of electronic products (required) - MS/MBA and PMP certification (highly desirable) - Combined new product introduction, operations, and program management experience (highly desirable) - Direct experience in engineering product development, product management, and working with external partners (desirable) - Experience negotiating with external partners and engaging with sales/customers (desirable) - Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences - Local candidates preferred
