Wildlife Studios is seeking a Business Analyst to join the New Games Product Marketing team. You'll play a critical role in deciding which games Wildlife should build, scale, and invest in—working from concept through global launch.
You'll analyze player and game performance across engagement, monetization, and customer acquisition costs, turning data into clear recommendations. Your work spans experimentation design and evaluation, distribution strategy across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, and financial modeling under uncertainty (LTV, payback, market size). You'll support key product decisions around whether to kill, iterate, or scale titles, and help shape launch strategies for games graduating to global markets.
The role requires deep cross-functional collaboration with game teams, product, and creative leads. You'll identify which analyses are most likely to change product or investment decisions and drive them proactively. You'll work with incomplete data and poorly defined questions, using judgment to prioritize problems and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Working proficiency in SQL plus Python or R. Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete datasets.
Nice to have: A/B testing and experimental design experience, familiarity with large datasets and BI tools, background in user acquisition, performance marketing, growth, banking, or consulting, knowledge of mobile gaming industry.
