As New Business Finance Enablement (NBFE) Project Manager at Criteo, you will be a key finance leader supporting the company's evolution into a broader Commerce Media Platform. You'll sit within Criteo Finance and serve as a trusted counterpart to Product, Commercial, and Technology teams on all finance-related aspects of new products, non-standard deals, and strategic partnerships.
Your core responsibilities span three areas:
**Product/Deal/Partnership Enablement**: You'll represent Finance in cross-functional squads from ideation through build and run phases. For each product, deal, or partnership in your scope, you'll lead Finance Viability assessments, populate internal templates covering commercial models, billing, tax, accounting, reporting, and treasury topics. You'll consolidate inputs from all impacted Finance teams, translate requirements into actionable asks for Product and Engineering, and shepherd initiatives through UAT to go-live. Post-launch, you'll track both financial outcomes and operational health (billing accuracy, incident rates, manual work).
**Standardization and Reuse**: Beyond individual deals, you'll help industrialize new business patterns by identifying recurring commercial and product patterns. You'll design standard enablers (billing design, reporting logic, approval rules) that Product and Sales can reuse with minimal finance friction, and contribute to the NBFE catalog of standards and playbooks.
**Governance and Process Improvement**: You'll support and refine governance for new business, proposing pre-approvals, Delegations of Authority, fast-track vs. standard review flows, and RACI/SLAs between Finance and Commercial teams. You'll ensure processes are documented end-to-end and share insights on trends, risks, and opportunities with Finance leadership.
You'll also prepare and run Finance and cross-functional workshops, communicate status and risks regularly to stakeholders, and act as a bridge between Finance and business teams.
Required experience: 5+ years in Finance, Consulting, Audit, or Project/Program Management with strong Finance background ideally including Order-to-Cash processes, revenue recognition, and tax/legal entity considerations. AdTech or digital platform experience is a strong plus. You'll need solid project/program management skills, Agile environment experience, strong business and systems acumen (ERP, Salesforce, BI tools), advanced analytical skills, and proven ability to lead complex, end-to-end business model implementations. Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders are essential. Fluent English required; other languages a plus.
