Maintain executive dashboards reporting on network contracting status. - Maintain and enforce a structured framework for evaluating and qualifying new network partners based on clinical quality, geographic coverage, capacity, and strategic fit. - Nurture relationships with prospective partners throughout evaluation and contracting, serving as a trusted point of contact and Maven ambassador. - Lead the contracting process for new clinic contracts and amendments across fertility clinic and ancillary partner networks, with support for global network contracting as needed. - Partner with clinical, operations, and finance stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with Maven's operational and quality standards. - Maintain clear audit trails of contract history, amendments, and communications for each partner. Network Operations: - Build and maintain dashboards monitoring performance across all network verticals. - Develop standardized templates, evaluation rubrics, and workflows supporting effective network operations. - Partner with the network team to supply performance data and analysis supporting quarterly business reviews and ongoing optimization. - Bring structure, data, and follow-through to cross-functional projects with a bias toward action. - Support network product lifecycle from requirements through implementation and post-launch monitoring. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in network development, provider contracting, partnerships, or related function in healthcare or digital health - Hands-on contracting experience, including drafting, redlining, and negotiating agreements (legal background not required) - Proven ability to build and manage a partner pipeline with strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proven results in rate negotiations within guardrails and meeting high volume of contracting targets - Experience creating or improving processes in fast-moving environments - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trust with external partners and align internal stakeholders - Active work authorization in the US required Maven operates a flexible hybrid model.
