F5 is seeking a National Partner Manager to drive revenue growth and market share expansion through the CDW partnership. This Chicago-based role focuses on strategic execution, sales enablement, and ecosystem alignment to accelerate F5's cloud application delivery and security product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Go-to-Market Execution: Lead targeted sales plays that drive F5 adoption in cloud application delivery and security products through CDW's channel.
Sales Enablement & Training: Deliver F5 sales training to CDW sellers, emphasizing relevant use cases and customer outcomes.
Partner Alignment: Support joint initiatives with F5's Technology Alliance Partners to bring integrated solutions to market through CDW.
Business Planning & Execution: Create and execute strategic business plans with CDW, including mutual objectives, quantified goals, go-to-market plans, and ROI metrics. Lead weekly cadence calls to monitor pipeline, revenue targets, marketing activities, training, and account mapping. Ensure bidirectional alignment between CDW and F5 sales and business leaders.
Executive Engagement: Plan and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive briefings. Develop CDW leadership relationships within F5's Partner Advisory Council and Partner Technical Advisory Board.
Field Alignment: Align CDW sellers with F5 Account Managers and Regional Channel Account Managers. Collaborate on marketing activities and events, including pre- and post-event planning to optimize ROI.
Operational Oversight: Utilize sales tools (Salesforce, MEDDIC, Tableau, TechTarget) to inspect prospects and pipeline trends. Oversee CDW contracts to ensure F5 partner agreements and obligations are executed and maintained.
Travel: Approximately 30% domestic travel required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of channel management and/or technology sales experience
- Proven track record of building and executing successful business plans that yield high growth
- Working knowledge of CDW's sales organization, leadership, and go-to-market strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-based environment
- Strong time management, strategic planning, conflict resolution, and channel acumen skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field of study
