As National Accounts Director, you will lead sales strategy and execution for 5-10 strategic accounts plus several IDN and regional/national accounts. Your core responsibilities include driving revenue growth, managing account onboarding and product upgrades, building expansion pipelines within assigned accounts, and ensuring successful implementation coordination. You will conduct stakeholder analyses, develop tailored account growth strategies, and serve as a critical advisor to cross-functional teams including commercial operations, marketing, market development, and finance.
Key duties involve establishing quarterly program reviews, identifying resource gaps and timeline risks, driving product adoption, gathering and communicating voice-of-customer feedback, and coordinating competitive defense across your portfolio. You will develop detailed account penetration plans, deliver revenue and unit targets, create volume/revenue forecasts, and advocate for strategic opportunities that advance HeartFlow One Platform adoption.
You will work closely with the SVP of Strategic Accounts, regional leadership, and local sales representatives (RVPs, RBMs, TSMs, TAMs, Implementation teams, Clinical Field Specialists, and Solutions Engineers). The role requires up to 75% travel.
Ideal candidates bring deep experience in go-to-market strategy for diagnostic or therapeutic innovations in the US healthcare market, strong understanding of hospital economics and cardiovascular/radiology specialties, physician education expertise, and familiarity with US reimbursement pathways. You should excel at stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, sales force enablement, and thrive in fast-paced, adaptive environments.
