Knock is seeking a sales-driven Account Executive to join its high-performing sales team and drive adoption of the Knock Bridge Loan™, a unique financial product that enables homeowners to unlock equity in their current home to purchase their next one. This is an outbound-focused hunting role ideal for someone with lending experience and strong sales capability.
You will focus on outbound prospecting and partner enablement with lending and broker partners, driving loan application volume through consistent outreach, education, and relationship building. Operating in a B2B2C environment, you will play a critical role in introducing the Knock Bridge Loan™ to new partners and expanding adoption across the lending ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include executing cold outreach to convert lending prospects into active partners, hosting regular meetings and training sessions with loan officers, team leads, branch managers, brokers, and agents, and consistently meeting monthly goals for new business within an assigned territory. You will achieve monthly loan application sales targets with a minimum expectation of 70 applications per month, collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless partner experiences, and track key performance metrics including outreach activity, partnerships, leads, and loan applications.
You bring recent lending experience or an active NMLS license, direct experience working with lenders, and proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. SaaS sales experience is a strong plus. You excel at cold outbound outreach, building healthy sales pipelines, and engaging senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills. You are performance-driven, team-oriented, receptive to coaching, and thrive in fast-paced, distributed environments. Strong relationship-building skills rooted in trust and transparency are essential, along with a commitment to inclusive and equitable practices.
