AppDome is seeking a Mobile Security Researcher to join its Research Team, focusing on the security mechanisms and vulnerabilities of iOS and Android operating systems. The role involves deep technical analysis of mobile platform internals, reverse engineering, and identifying security gaps across a wide variety of devices. Key responsibilities include: - Research and implement security mechanisms for Android and iOS platforms, spanning from low-level platform analysis to hands-on feature development - Conduct reverse engineering on diverse devices running iOS/Android to gain deeper insights into system architecture and behavior - Stay current with emerging trends in mobile application security and research methodologies - Collaborate with a talented security team to develop protective strategies and contribute to innovations in mobile app security - Work across the full cycle from vulnerability discovery to protective solution development The ideal candidate will have a keen analytical mind, passion for security research, and a drive for continuous improvement in the mobile security domain. This is an individual contributor role on a specialized research team at a company protecting over 50,000 mobile apps and 1 billion end users globally. AppDome's platform uses AI and deep learning trained on a decade of mobile defense data to deliver 400+ security and anti-fraud capabilities.
