Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Product Manager to lead the development of Mission Autonomy products for Group 5 autonomous air vehicles. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, engineering execution, and military operations, driving the full product lifecycle from requirements definition through fielding. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and own the product roadmap for Mission Autonomy capabilities, defining timelines and guiding cross-functional product decisions • Drive requirements development for autonomous vehicle operations, translating military mission needs into technical specifications • Manage engineering risk and trade-offs across software, hardware, and test teams to enable rapid iteration on early designs • Collaborate with engineering leads, business development, and program managers to align system capabilities with real-world mission objectives • Define autonomy behaviors and supporting product requirements, working closely with engineering teams to implement and validate • Plan, execute, and analyze mission autonomy tests in simulated environments that replicate operational scenarios, identifying performance gaps and driving improvements • Work across software engineers, hardware engineers, test engineers, and program managers to ensure complex operational scenarios are properly tested and validated This is a high-impact role for someone with strong product instincts, technical depth in autonomous systems or defense technology, and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments. You'll be instrumental in bringing cutting-edge autonomy and AI capabilities to military systems at speed.
