REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years delivering complex construction or infrastructure projects with meaningful data center or mission-critical experience - Experience working for a general contractor strongly preferred - Strong technical and field understanding of MEP systems, constructability, sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and means and methods - Experience delivering projects through utility energization, equipment startup, commissioning, and turnover - Strong command of critical-path scheduling, cost management, procurement, and change management - Ability to read and challenge drawings, specifications, schedules, estimates, submittals, RFIs, and technical proposals - Demonstrated ability to operate independently, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and solve difficult problems under aggressive timelines - Comfortable operating without an established playbook and turning lessons learned into repeatable standards and processes - Clear, concise communicator who surfaces risks early and comes prepared with solutions - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred - Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and scheduling software experience preferred
