We are seeking a Mid/Senior Data Engineer to join our team in Cairo. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure that power analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence across the platform. You will work with large-scale datasets from ride-hailing, delivery, and fintech operations, ensuring data quality, reliability, and accessibility for downstream consumers.
Key responsibilities include architecting scalable data solutions, optimizing data warehouse and lake infrastructure, collaborating with data scientists and analysts to enable self-service analytics, implementing monitoring and data governance practices, and mentoring junior engineers. You will be instrumental in supporting the company's expansion into financial services by building robust data foundations for fraud detection, risk assessment, and customer insights.
