Salary: USD 135,000 - 150,000 / annual

As a Mid-Market Onboarding Manager for Spend Management, you will drive operational excellence within the post-sales organization by developing and executing strategies to set up and expand customers effectively. Your success is directly tied to customer outcomes, and you will cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers while helping build Rippling's onboarding organization and define the post-sales strategy that fuels growth. Key responsibilities include: - Setting up and customizing new customer accounts on the Rippling Spend Management platform - Building and nurturing strong, multi-threaded relationships with high-value customers to achieve their needs and manage account health - Executing successful platform launches and managing the customer implementation timeline - Driving retention, expansion, and overall growth across your book of business - Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to provide informed recommendations for the product roadmap - Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Marketing, and Operations to drive efficiencies throughout the account lifecycle Rippling values in-office collaboration and expects office-based employees to work in-office at least three days per week. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years in project management, onboarding, or implementations with experience advising clients and building strategic relationships - 2+ years managing 20+ complex customers while implementing or administering expense programs and/or corporate card programs on a timeline - 2+ years in SaaS or Corporate Payment platforms (Cards, AP automation, Travel Booking, etc.) - Proven utilization of AI tools to gain efficiency and build repeatable processes - Understanding of unique business requirements across multiple verticals and ability to translate needs into compelling vision and roadmap for customers - Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills - High energy, initiative-driven, intelligent, passionate, driven, high EQ, and coachable - Note: Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they don't meet all requirements listed.
