Salary: USD 174,000 - 304,500 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking a Manager of Corporate Strategy to lead business consulting initiatives that drive organizational transformation and operational excellence. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership across customer organizations to develop long-term strategic goals, analyze business operations, and recommend improvements that maximize efficiency and drive measurable impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering business consulting projects focused on strategy development, organizational restructuring, and management improvement
- Working directly with C-suite and senior executives to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for transformation
- Analyzing complex business data and diverse problem sets to inform strategic recommendations
- Evaluating identifiable factors and trends to guide decision-making
- Integrating AI capabilities into customer workflows, decision-making processes, and problem-solving approaches
This is a fast-paced role requiring comfort with both business and technical discussions, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in strategy, consulting, or related business roles
- Demonstrated experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or industry impact assessment)
- Comfort engaging in both business and technical discussions
- Proven ability to build trusting relationships with executive audiences
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
