The Merchandising Manager, Travel will lead the expansion and optimization of Quince's Luggage and Travel product assortment. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, sourcing, and commercial execution, responsible for scaling the travel category to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Expanding and refining the Luggage/Travel assortment to identify high-impact growth opportunities
- Collaborating with production development, sourcing, and technical design teams to develop and improve travel products
- Partnering with planning, site merchandising, and marketing to drive category growth
- Obsessing over product quality, pricing, and customer value delivery
- Driving business performance against sales targets, customer ratings, return rates, and margin improvement
The role requires 5-10 years of retail merchandising experience, ideally in accessories, luggage, or travel categories. The position is based in San Francisco with a 3-day-per-week in-office requirement.
