The Merchandising Manager, Accessories will lead the expansion and management of Quince's Accessories portfolio, including Eyewear, Socks, Soft Accessories, Tech Accessories, and Pet Accessories. This role is responsible for scaling the business by identifying expansion opportunities, refining assortments, and driving long-term growth across these categories. Key responsibilities include: - Expanding and improving the Accessories assortment to delight the growing customer base - Identifying and executing expansion opportunities to set businesses up for sustainable growth - Collaborating with production development, sourcing, and technical design teams to develop and improve products - Partnering with planning, site merchandising, and marketing teams to grow these business lines - Maintaining obsessive focus on product quality, pricing, and customer value - Driving business forward to meet sales targets, customer satisfaction metrics, return rates, and margin improvements The role requires 5-10 years of retail merchandising experience in Accessories categories, preferably with luxury expertise. E-commerce and DTC experience is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of progression within organizations, continuous growth in responsibilities, and a data-driven, product-obsessed mindset. The position is based in San Francisco with a 3-day-per-week in-office requirement.
