Tandem Health is a fast-scaling healthtech company reimagining healthcare by building an AI clinical operating system designed by clinicians, for clinicians. The platform focuses on intuitive medical notes and workflows that support real-world patient care delivery. In this highly visible global role, you will be a core member of the Medical Operations team, responsible for rolling out Tandem's platform to influential healthcare organizations worldwide. You will engage directly with healthcare executives, medical leaders, and end-users, bringing clinical insight into product implementation on the ground. Key responsibilities include: - Leading live product demonstrations for prospective clients and supporting global commercial efforts - Designing and adapting workflows and templates for diverse markets and large-scale customers - Partnering with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure smooth rollouts and seamless workflow integration - Representing Tandem at international conferences, workshops, and customer events - Guiding clinicians through onboarding, training, and ongoing support - Troubleshooting issues to maximize clinician value from the platform - Building templates and prompts that contribute to the evolution of Tandem's AI assistant - Managing clinical safety incidents and optimizing operations for safe scaling - Traveling up to 25% to support critical customer moments and implementations You will work primarily from Tandem's Stockholm headquarters in the Epicenter building, collaborating closely with the team to build culture and drive impact. REQUIREMENTS: - Clinical experience in healthcare (general practice, hospital, private practice, or equivalent) - Exposure to consulting, corporate, or startup environments - Passion for technology, AI, and their potential to transform healthcare - Strong communication skills equally comfortable with executives, engineers, and frontline clinicians - Organizational strength and process-driven mindset - Ownership, curiosity, and initiative in fast-paced environments - Flexibility to travel up to 25% - Multilingual skills highly valued BONUS QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience with prompting or large language models (LLMs) - Healthtech or SaaS background - Familiarity with EU clinical safety or digital health regulations - Track record in implementation projects or customer rollouts
