The Medical Education – Network Development Coordinator will build and expand AMO's national clinical network by identifying, engaging, and developing partnerships with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and healthcare organizations that support clinical education programs. This is a results-driven role designed for professionals with a strong foundation in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, or credentialing who are motivated to make immediate impact. Key responsibilities include: - Identifying and qualifying potential clinical partners and healthcare providers - Conducting outreach and relationship development with physicians, PAs, NPs, and healthcare organizations - Managing partnership pipeline and tracking engagement metrics - Collaborating with internal teams to onboard and support new clinical partners - Expanding AMO's network across multiple healthcare disciplines and geographies - Supporting the growth of clinical placements and partnerships nationwide and internationally The role requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple relationships simultaneously, and contribute to scaling AMO's clinical network. Experience in healthcare provider relations, clinical education coordination, or medical recruitment is highly valued. The position is fully remote within the United States.
