Form Energy is a manufacturing and energy technology company developing long-duration iron-air battery systems for grid-scale energy storage. Form Energy has signed contracts with leading US electric utilities and is scaling production at its first high-volume manufacturing facility in West Virginia.
The Material Planning team ensures raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies are delivered to Form Energy's pilot lines and production sites to support production needs at optimal efficiency.
In this role, you will:
- Execute and follow up on creation of Purchase Orders in the ERP system
- Coordinate with suppliers for clear-to-build updates to summarize parts requiring further escalation with cross-functional support
- Assist warehouse and accounts payable with troubleshooting issues regarding parts receipts to enable systematic resolution
You will work on-site in Berkeley, CA. Relocation assistance is available.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain
- Self-starter with independent work style
- Familiarity with purchasing and procurement processes
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Oracle ERP system experience is a plus
