Salary: USD 60,000 - 75,000 / annual
iCapital is seeking a Master Data Management Analyst to support the growing data governance program and enhance customer experience with data systems. The role focuses on day-to-day operations of data governance initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and completeness across critical systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical data elements within the Fund's Global Data Master (GDM)
- Support data governance program operations by tracking and following up with teams to ensure data requirements are completed on time and accurately
- Monitor data quality across systems, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information and coordinating resolution with stakeholders
- Assist in creating and maintaining business rules to monitor master data quality
- Identify data cleansing opportunities and work with stakeholders to implement improvements
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy for relevant data points entered into GDM
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry or related role
- Degree in finance, data management, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a master data management role (a plus)
- Ability to manage workload independently within predetermined timelines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to track multiple workstreams
- Critical attention to detail when reviewing and validating data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- SQL experience (a plus)
The role is hybrid, with in-office work Monday-Thursday and remote flexibility on Friday.
