Cordance is seeking a strategic, analytical, and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to own reporting, measurement, and operational intelligence that enables Marketing leadership to make informed business decisions. This role serves as the operational bridge between Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering—translating business needs into scalable reporting frameworks, standardized operating processes, and AI-enabled insights across multiple business units.
Key responsibilities include:
Marketing Performance & Analytics: Analyze marketing performance across the funnel, pipeline, marketing-originated bookings, and campaign effectiveness to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in collaboration with Marketing and Data teams. Ensure data accuracy and timeliness across automated performance scorecarding for lead-to-opportunity conversion, marketing-originated bookings, and marketing return on investment (ROMI) across all in-scope business units. Analyze marketing budget performance and spend attainment to support planning and investment decisions.
Reporting & Business Intelligence: Design and build scalable, self-service reporting dashboards and frameworks that enable Marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to access real-time performance insights. Establish standardized metrics, KPIs, and definitions across the organization to ensure consistency and alignment. Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes that integrate marketing systems (Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools) with data warehouses and BI platforms.
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Document, standardize, and continuously improve marketing operations processes and workflows. Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to reduce manual work and improve efficiency. Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to align marketing metrics with broader business objectives and reporting standards.
This is a data- and systems-oriented role requiring strong technical and analytical fluency rather than a marketing-generalist background. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and has experience with marketing analytics, data integration, and business intelligence tools.
