LightForce is transforming orthodontics through a fully digital, 3D-printed platform that delivers customized, patient-specific brackets paired with AI-driven treatment planning. The company is seeking a Marketing Operations & Events Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the marketing function, working alongside a creative VP.
You will own end-to-end execution of strategic events and programs, including industry conferences (NSM, AAO), trade shows, clinical education, and customer programs. This includes managing budgets, vendors, logistics, and timelines while ensuring consistent lead capture, tracking, and post-event follow-up. You'll standardize planning processes and report on ROI and program effectiveness.
Beyond events, you'll maintain a single view of all marketing initiatives in flight, converting strategic priorities into detailed plans with clear owners, dates, and dependencies. You'll manage handoffs across marketing, commercial, clinical, and product teams, keeping leadership informed on progress, risks, and outcomes.
You'll also serve as a central coordination point across the commercial team, improving communication flow and eliminating silos. Additionally, you'll drive adoption and optimization of CRM and project management tools, improve system integration for visibility and efficiency, and establish centralized tracking for initiatives and outcomes.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who takes satisfaction in translating priorities into executable plans and delivering them without dropping details. You'll need to be resourceful, organized, proactive, and reliable—someone who flags risks before they become problems.
