Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 / annual

Swayable is a fast-growing AI and automated data science platform that measures public opinion and the impact of messages and advertising content. Founded in 2018 by physics PhDs and led by the former Executive Director for Digital Strategy at the New York Times, the company is backed by top technology and social impact investors including Y Combinator. With a 50-person team, Swayable serves major consumer-facing brands (JP Morgan Chase, Airbnb, Paramount Pictures), technology companies (Anthropic, Meta, Amazon), academic researchers (MIT, Yale, Stanford), and civic advocacy campaigns focused on climate, human rights, and elections. You will be a creative, resourceful, and highly organized Marketing Manager responsible for growing awareness and demand among leading brands and agencies. Events will be a significant focus of this role, including industry conferences like Cannes, Possible, CES, and AWNY, as well as executive dinners, webinars, and strategic partnerships. You will own the full lifecycle of these experiences—from strategy and planning through execution—creating memorable interactions that build relationships and generate qualified business opportunities. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing Swayable's events strategy, including sponsorships, webinars, executive dinners, and industry activations - Partnering with sales to drive attendance, engage senior brand and agency decision-makers, and convert events into qualified pipeline - Identifying creative, cost-effective opportunities to increase visibility through partnerships, speaking engagements, and industry initiatives - Managing external vendors, negotiating contracts, and maximizing ROI on marketing investments - Overseeing website maintenance, coordinating content updates, and supporting campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations - Supporting broader brand initiatives and ensuring consistency across marketing materials and customer touchpoints The role is based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, with an in-office requirement of 3 days per week. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field - 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with a strong events focus - Experience marketing to brands and agencies, ideally in advertising, ad tech, or marketing technology - Proven track record planning and executing events, webinars, and brand marketing initiatives - Exceptional project management skills, including experience managing external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional projects with clear deliverables and deadlines - Proficiency with marketing automation tools, HubSpot, and analytics platforms - Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
