Salary: USD 140,000 - 155,000 / annual

Cobot builds humanoid robots and Physical AI that powers their intelligence. This role owns the planning and execution of Cobot's most important external events and experiences—from major industry conferences to high-value customer, partner, and investor visits—while supporting content, social, and executive communications. You will bring together teams across Marketing, GTM, Engineering, Design, and leadership to create experiences that tell a compelling story about what Cobot is building and generate measurable business impact. The role combines hands-on event management with content creation and cross-functional coordination in a fast-moving startup environment. Key responsibilities include: - End-to-end planning and execution of two major external events annually plus selected smaller activations: objectives, booth design, vendor management, contracts, shipping, budgeting, run-of-show, staffing, contingency planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-through - Building and running cross-functional pre-event plans: audience development, meeting generation, social promotion, supporting content, and onsite material capture - Leading cross-functional working teams per event, aligning Engineering, GTM, executives, and Design - Owning event materials and readiness (signage, collateral, merchandise, equipment inventory) plus backups for demo, vendor, shipping, and logistical failures - Shaping and coordinating high-value customer, partner, and investor visits at HQ: experience arc, demonstrations, presenters, and cohesive storytelling - Managing event budgets and vendors; tracking ROI and business impact - Supporting day-to-day content and social across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube: asset generation, scheduling, and creative direction - Ideating recurring content formats (customer stories, case studies, launch copy, event recaps, technical explainers) and drafting for executives - Collaborating with Design: clear, specific, on-time requests with copy already written - Measuring and acting on results: event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, meetings generated, follow-up conversion, social engagement, audience growth, content consumption; maintaining clean CRM data; recommending what to repeat, change, or stop The role is onsite at Santa Clara headquarters with a minimum of 3 days per week required; Bay Area candidates only. Minimum Qualifications: - Four to eight years in B2B marketing, communications, events, or content (emphasis on what you have actually run rather than job title) - Strong writing and ideation skills; portfolio of work required - Demonstrated experience running real events end-to-end: owned budget, managed vendors, coordinated multiple stakeholders, met immovable deadlines - Detail-oriented with excellent project-management skills; ability to keep complex programs moving across teams and follow through independently - Comfort being onsite in factory floors, customer facilities, and event booths - Fluency with AI tools as part of daily workflow - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic startup environment as part of a small team - Willingness to travel occasionally - Must have and maintain US work authorization Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to robotics, hardware, manufacturing, logistics, or industries where buyers must trust physical machines - Hands-on ability to capture usable footage and photos at events and trim short clips - Experience supporting executive communications at a small company where you had to figure things out independently - Experience hosting senior customers, partners, or investors and adapting experiences for different audiences - Working knowledge of CRM or marketing-automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
