Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 / annual

Skild AI is building general-purpose robotic intelligence for autonomous mobile robot (AMR) fleets deployed as robotics-as-a-service (RaaS) to large 3PLs, retailers, e-commerce brands, and distributors. As the company's first dedicated marketer, you will report to the Global Commercial Director and own the full marketing engine driving enterprise sales across North America and EMEA. You will build and execute demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs that deliver qualified pipeline to Account Executives, measured by closed revenue. Responsibilities include owning the marketing funnel end-to-end (lead capture, scoring, nurture, sales handoff, and attribution reporting); running paid, email, content, webinar, and digital campaigns with spend optimization; developing positioning and messaging for AMR offerings across operations, engineering, finance, and executive personas; building sales enablement collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI analyses, competitive battlecards, case studies); capturing customer testimonials and proof points at deployment sites; planning and executing trade show presence at major industry events (MODEX, ProMat); organizing customer site visits, demo days, and executive dinners to advance deals; selecting and managing agencies and contractors for creative, digital, PR, and events; and collaborating with sales on target accounts, campaign timing, and pipeline goals, with adaptation for European audiences. This is a hands-on role combining strategy with execution in a small, fast-moving team. You will define how the market perceives Skild AI and have direct ownership of pipeline targets and revenue impact. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience with direct ownership of pipeline targets - Proven track record building demand generation and ABM programs that produced measurable revenue in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles - Experience marketing high-value solutions (six-figure-plus contracts) to operations, supply chain, and finance leaders - Hands-on experience owning product marketing, including positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and competitive content - Experience running trade show and event programs tied to pipeline outcomes - Strong writing skills; able to make technical products clear and compelling to business audiences - Proficiency with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM (Salesforce or similar); comfortable with funnel metrics, attribution, and budget ROI - Builder mindset; comfortable doing the work personally in a small, fast-moving, in-person team PLUS (preferred): - Background in supply chain technology, warehouse automation, robotics, material handling, or industrial technology - Experience marketing subscription, RaaS, or recurring-revenue offerings - Experience running programs in EMEA markets
