Rippling is a unified workforce platform that consolidates HR, IT, and Finance operations for enterprises globally. The company has raised $1.4B+ from top-tier investors including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, and Sequoia. Rippling is expanding its Channel Marketing team to build dedicated coverage for Private Equity firms. This is a greenfield opportunity to create a new marketing engine from scratch for a high-growth segment. PE firms are increasingly seeking standardized, scalable platforms to manage operations across their portfolio companies, and Rippling is seeing strong inbound demand in this space. As Marketing Lead for the Private Equity channel, you will own the full marketing stack for this segment: product marketing, demand generation, content strategy, account-based marketing (ABM), and field marketing. You'll operate as a one-person marketing team with strategic autonomy, working hand-in-hand with the PE Partnerships Manager, GTM leadership, and cross-functional partners to shape Rippling's long-term PE channel strategy. Key responsibilities include: • Own the Private Equity channel marketing strategy end-to-end: define vision, build roadmap, set operating plan, and serve as the primary marketing voice for PE in cross-functional forums. Translate channel needs into budget priorities and go-to-market motions. • Lead Product Marketing for the PE channel: develop positioning and messaging for operating partners and portfolio company leadership. Build full enablement suite including pitch decks, briefs, value-prop materials, objection guides, and co-marketing assets. Synthesize win/loss data and competitive intelligence into sharper narratives. • Build Content & Thought Leadership from scratch: develop content strategy tailored to the PE buyer journey. Create thought leadership targeting sophisticated financial buyers: ROI frameworks, PE and portfolio company case studies, operational efficiency narratives. Build co-marketing activations with marquee PE firms. • Design and execute Demand Generation: build integrated campaigns targeting PE firms with audience segmentation, ABM, channel mix, and attribution. Own ABM motion against prioritized high-value firms with personalized outreach and tailored content. Partner with RevOps on funnel metrics. • Activate Field Marketing: define channel presence at executive dinners, PE events, industry conferences, LP/GP summits, and portfolio company forums. Build scalable event playbooks tied to pipeline and account strategy. • Drive cross-functional alignment: be the connective tissue between PE channel marketing and broader GTM organization. Align with Partnerships, Sales, RevOps, Partner Success, and Solution Consulting. Rippling values in-office collaboration; office-based employees are expected to work in-office at least three days per week. REQUIREMENTS: • 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with demonstrated ability to operate as a senior individual contributor across multiple marketing disciplines • Track record of building channel, partner, or ecosystem marketing programs from the ground up, ideally in 0-to-1 or early-stage channel environments • Full-stack marketing fluency: personally owned or directly executed across demand gen, product marketing, content, and field marketing • Strong ABM foundation: experience designing and running account-based programs against defined high-value targets • Sharp positioning thinker: ability to translate complex platform value into crisp, executive-level narratives for financially sophisticated audiences • Highly collaborative operator: influence and align cross-functionally without formal authority; partner effectively with partnerships, sales, and executive stakeholders • Analytical instincts: build measurement frameworks, set OKRs, make decisions from data • Comfortable with ambiguity and pace: build systems while running programs simultaneously; thrive when writing playbooks from scratch
